This Agreement, these Terms and Conditions, and all rules and regulations of CGRG, as revised from time to time, constitute the entire and exclusive Agreement between the Member and CGRG and replaces any prior agreement, promise, and/or representations whether oral or written. This Membership Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of Ghana. If a court declares any part of this agreement invalid, it will not invalidate the remaining parts, which continue unaffected. If CGRG does not enforce any right in the agreement for any reason, CGRG does not waive its right to enforce it later.
